Your Bulk SMS Portal is created by Cliq Systems Solution and managed by you or your appointees for the sales of Bulk SMS and any other products you might integrate it. The products on your portal are branded with your name or company name and we are not responsible for any copyright infringement or any other intellectual properties used for the designed of this portal.
GENERAL
You confirmed that you are 18 years and above as at the time you are applying or applied for your reseller portal. This is also applicable when the application was done on your behalf or the portal is transferred to you by somebody else.
You accept that all information you applied with (or registered on your behalf) and configured your portal with is true and indemnify Cliq Systems Solutions against any false found therein.
You accept that any false information may lead to the termination of your Bulk SMS Reseller Portal without refunding your money or data value at the time of termination.
You accept the full responsibility for all the information used for the registration and configuration of your Account including the Phone Number and Sender Name(s) that you use to send SMS with. This also includes the use of Sender ID used by you or your customers to send SMS. You indemnify Cliq Systems Solution for any loss that arises as a result of unauthorized sender ids or message content used by you or your customers. You agree to do a thorough KYC (Know Your Customers) before they start using your website for sending SMS as you will be held responsible for any illegal, immoral or fraudulent activities of your customers.
SENDING AND DELIVERY OF SMS MESSAGES
Cliqsms will, when indicated as functional by System Status, send each SMS message to one of our SMS gateways for delivery to the relevant networks, provided no error is displayed to suggest that this will not be done. Cliq Systems Solutions guarantees that under these circumstances all messages are sent. However, delivery is the responsibility of third party networks and services, including the receiving device itself, and cannot be guaranteed but to the best of our knowledge and technological devices, the message indicated as sent has been sent from our server to the third party networks and phones. If you find this information to be incorrect, then provide us with the full details of the message and confirmation message so as to allow us to investigate the problem with individual networks affected and get back to you as soon as we get feedback from the affected network(s).
MEMBERSHIP STATUS
You become an owner as soon as you pay the total sum of the portal or pay the total renewal sum of the website. This is determined from time to time by Cliq Systems Solution. Failure to pay after the expiration of your hosting or renewal after within 2 weeks results in automatic forfeiture of your Bulk SMS Portal and all its contents. This loss includes your members' information, histories and SMS balances as well as your SMS balances on Cliqsms Portal. You shall cease to log in to Cliqsms Reseller Portal as soon as your Bulk SMS Portal expired or closed as a result of fraudulent, illegal or immoral activities
PAYMENT & CREDITING OF ACCOUNT
Cliq Systems Solutions credits members account upon confirmation of payment either through the bank or through the online payment linked to our Cliqsms Resellers Portal. You are not allowed to pay through Baxi Box, Paga or any other third party agent except our accredited bankers or paying with our payments partner linked to Cliqsms Resellers Portal which automatically credits your account as soon as payment is confirmed and you can resume traffic immediately on your website after that. A minimum of 5 working days is to be granted to us in case there is a controversy over the money paid through any of the medium specified above. We do NOT sell SMS on credit.
MESSAGE CONTENT
Use of Cliqsms Reseller Portal or API in sending abusive, fraud or threat messages can be traced to the originator upon request from any government/security agencies, in your own interest, ensure that the content of your message or that of your users is legal and moral. You are required to do a thorough KYC for them so as to ensure that you know their whereabouts in case there is a need to present them to security agencies
USERS INFORMATION/PRIVACY
Information collected from this page is meant for the maintenance of users that provide the information but may also be used for advertising, awareness and some other purposes. The phone number of the user or third party submitted to us through the process of membership, account usage or when transacting with us may be used or given to the third party for advertising or other legal purposes but it will not contain the data of the customer even customer's name will not be included.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Registering and or linking to account with any of the social media available and supported by our portal is to make using our service more effective and easier to use. We are not liable for misuse or misrepresentation that this could cause as we hope that you carefully keep your social media information out of reach of anybody. SMS sent through the use of social media is at owner's risk. Therefore do NOT link your cliqsms account with any of the social medias if the social media information is not secured enough.
